Pre-Work
2-3 weeks prior to your call with a BTS Ops Expert, you will receive a questionnaire for you to complete. This questionnaire will help us get to know your business better so that we can use our call time as effectively as possible.
A Deep Dive Into Your Business
We'll kick off our audit with a 90-minute deep dive into every pillar of your business (team, systems and ops, marketing, sales, delivery/client experience). We will identify:
- how each pillar currently aligns with your mission, vision and goals
- where the operational gaps are
- actionable steps for each pillar
**This call takes 90 minutes on average - we will set aside 2 hours in case we run over to make sure we hit every pillar in depth
The BTS TEAM GETS TO WORK
After our call, the BTS Ops Expert will go back into their ops cave with all of their findings and start working on your plan of action and priority matrix.
This part can take up to 15 business days.
ASSet delivery & findings call
We will deliver your resources to you via email, along with a link to schedule your follow up Findings Call. On this 90-minute call, you and your ops expert will review the Plan of Action and your Priority Matrix to ensure that you understand everything and have everything you need to succeed.
